Santhipriya is living the epitome of the American Dream. Arriving from Hyderabad in 2000 she found employment in the fashion industry. After establishing herself, Priya enrolled in a SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) training program. Within a year she was working as a SAP application consultant with Itelligence group.

Over the next few years Santhipriya broadened her expertise in SAP to include SAP PA, OM, Time, Payroll and Organizational Management. By 2007, she was a trusted advisor to direct customers as well as to SAP implementation Partner companies implementing SAP HCM.

Priya became President of Sapta Global, Inc., in 2009. During this time Sapta achieved Certifications from several Government Agencies. Since 2009 Sapta has placed hundreds of consultants ranging from Administration, to Consultants to Vice Presidents at dozens of clients throughout the US.

Under Santhipriya’s leadership Sapta extended its solution delivery capabilities in ERP, Mobile, E-business, and Database design. In 2012, Sapta expanded to provide Database Management services, Mobile Application Development and Strategic Vision services.

In 2015, Sapta released Sapta ProcessHR which is an End-to-End Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Sapta ProcessHR has been designed to organize the disparate activities required to hire talented Associates in a short period of time.
